Not for The Faint of Heart By SuMo The cabinet comes in two pieces, and instructions mention needing two people to assemble, which I wish had been made known in the item info. This is not for a novice at furniture assembly. Pieces are heavy and there is a lot of glass involved. Please note that seller charges a restocking fee if you need to return the piece as I did, since I felt I'd be better off looking for a cabinet in a thrift store. 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. curio By hunter1998 this was a very nice curio to see in the pictures when i bought it, i had no idea it was from china and needed assembly or that many of the pre drilled holes were incorrect, i am very unhappy with this item as it cost over $300.00. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. wonderful By great I put this together myself. Neeley I rated this TV console 5 stars because it is a very nice piece. However, the one that we received was NOT a brown cherry color nor did the color match the picture. It was much darker. In a low light room it looks almost black. Shipping took at least two weeks but that was mentioned when the order was placed. The unit arrived when promised and was delivered right into our family room. The movers were nice to unpack it and take the box away with them. The quality is very good all around. At 72" it is longer than most consoles which is needed with the new very large TVs. The glass doors slide easily. The drawers work well. The finish is very nice. This console is high quality. The only assembly needed was to put the handles on and push the pegs into the pre-drilled holes for the shelves. I wish the color matched the picture. I've seen the same piece elsewhere on the internet for $100-$500 more. Because the quality is great and the price was right, we are happy with the purchase. See all 1 customer reviews...

The product is pretty solid & sturdy. The design is pretty good for the price. The sliding door is a treat because my daughter loves it. The adjustable shelves makes it versitile. The pieces difficult to pound into place and the illustrations made it impossible to know if you had the piece correctly placed until you added the last piece 45 minutes later. It was really frustrating to put together the first time - and then only to find out that it was put together incorrectly when pounding on the last piece. A great price - and look is good but the quality of product and the frustration in construction would have had me send it back if it wasn't such a bulky item. Would not purchase again.
