By Vincent Yau bought a TV stand big enough to fit a 61 "DLP TV and I went everywhere from Wal-Mart to Best Buy to Ikea (online). This is the position available. This mode looks fantastic in black metal and tempered glass black. Wal-Mart has a cheap particle board set about the same price as this article. Best Buy has two types of TV Stands, which in its part of the Magnolia (which seems good, but costs $ 1300 +, which can also have another TV) and more moderately priced powered $ 299 $ 600 -. This unit is still better than any of the things I saw in that section that is bigger It was a very basic particleboard Ikea TV stand (lack on) larger TVs. $ 69, but the model did not, there is an IKEA store near where I live. and I'm glad I did not find any that come with this gem. This Bad Boy is $ 90 + heavy and I was saddened by the UPS guy just trying to take it up the hill to my door, but I knew how to appreciate the fact that I prefer a drive in my car from a nearby shop ideal seen taking two people install in order to adapt, but building from the outside is really quick and easy and instructions are a breeze. I would probably build the metal frame where you want to move first, then put the glass. My only concern is that with the support of a party was scratched and a bit "lumpy. Luckily it was one of the support beams that run under the glass and you can not see anyway, so I really do not care because I was very pleased with the device after it is done, but this study would probably have been a different story if it was one of the bars visible. 28 of 28 people found this review helpful. Functional and stylish L . Lestha admit that this stand does not really go with the colonial style of our house, but again, neither does our 52 "Sony Bravia XBR Stand agree, however, the flat panel display beautifully in style. I am went on the stand oversized (60 "Stand for 52" flat screen) because I wanted some "margin of error" around the TV so that we would be more likely to fall on the stand that the TV and thus reduce the chances of hitting television more. The stand is pretty damn heavy. The framework is not at all heavy, it's the three thick glass shelves (with the highest plateau is particularly thick) that all add weight. I used the type of packaging in polystyrene thin film to handle the rays, which contributed to my grip and keep the glass free of fingerprints. Assembly was tedious, but I worked while watching TV so I did not notice the passage of time. Everything lined up nicely and went together without even a single curse whispered. Knowing my husband's tendency to spontaneously rearrange furniture, I put some felt heavy at the bottom of the feet before I load the cart with glass shelves A 1 "felt pretty fit at the bottom of the feet and I could change the the hardwood floor even after being weighed down. (Obviously, only the small, carefully "touches" to the foot position while the television on, or remove the television for moving the foot, II know it must be clear, but ...) As others have said, the boards are not really anchored in the support, but the little rubber feet included patch adds a lot of friction and the protection and the weight of glass, even light, with equipment, making the boards very firmly in place - unless maybe you live in earthquake territory, and if you do, you should consider something that does not contain large glass shelves, even if the glass is tempered. I need the other reviewers disagree about the lack of doors, doors will only slow down the accumulation of dust, do not stop and the doors actually makes it harder to clean, harder to assemble, so simplicity and style.
